Group Classes

Ultimate Interval Training

Description: Interval training burns 6 times more fat then steady state cardio.  In this boot camp class you will burn a significant amount of calories as you sweat through bouts of intense drills followed by recovery.    Also included - exercises guaranteed to sculpt your abs, butt, legs and arms!

Classes are held Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm and Sundays 9:30-10:30am at the Fitness Lab in Fremont, 3410 Stone Way N, Seatttle, WA 98103 (map - please note that you cannot see the studio from the street).  Classes are on-going and you can join at any time.  First class is free.  Drop in rate is $20.00.  Punch cards cost $150 for 10 visits and $90.00 for 5 visits.  Punch cards expire in 90 days.

Personal Training

Sessions are offered in-home, at the Fitness Lab in Fremont (no membership required) and at Denali Fitness, Interbay.

Individual sessions cost $75.00.  If you sign up for 4 or more sessions per week I offer a discount.   Group training sessions vary in cost depending on how many participants will be training together.

Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Max's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Body fat
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Advice
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. Over the past 25 years I have worked with all kinds of people with all kinds of nutrition needs.  Sometimes changing just a couple of things results in huge gains (or losses).  I also work with a Lifestyle Coach who can provide over the phone counseling to address any food and/or body concerns you may be experiencing.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
